This is my front card, I had thought about making this bigger into a poster or incorporate it into some sort of packaging or envelope. The design of the other 3 is very consistent so the first stands out - especially when it's printed. I didn't want to use the same photograph, trying to create some variation.
These cards are intended to be printed double sided on a thick watercolour stock. I managed to print them double sided onto a cream watercolour paper. The side with the text on looked quite crisp, however the photograph side did not. The paper didn't take the ink well and left a bad finish. Especially on the large numbers. I have considered breaking the photograph down and perhaps screen printing the layers. This would look a lot better and create a more precious outcome for the freshers. If I have enough time before module hand in then I will try to do this. Even if its not double sided it could be nice to just get an idea for what the photograph and layering would look like.
