Logo for bottle

I decided to also start to think about contextualising the logo on a bottle. I thought that the earlier I start considering these things, then it would help inform my design process.

I like the height I had on these traditional bottles so started playing around with placing the year of the bottle up the side ont he label.

I decided against using the diamond logo as it reminded a lot of people of the Diamond Supply Co.'s logo which is pretty much identical....so yes, moving away from that.

Although now the botttle looks quite bare. Also another comment was that it would be a lot better to go for a label that was a lot whiter so that it would stand out on the shelf to prospective buyers so this is definitely something to consider.

I also REALLY need to experiment with bottle shapes.!!!
