Zine layout

I have started to decide on a general layout and content that I want to include. The important things that I want to include are:

The history
The composition//'How it's made
The health benefits of Guinness
Pouring and serving//Bubbles//Uses in cooking
Advertising.

I feel it's important for me to give a varied selection of information. The headlines above, I think will provide this.

Since our type session with Graham, it has made me more aware of both the point size and spacing. Ensuring that I understand how it will be read, how close it will  be to the reader//how they will be viewing it. In this case at most at arms length. So the point size can be no smaller than 8pt, however I settled on 9 with an 11.8 spacing. This, I believe, creates quite a readable body of text.

Creating white space and reducing density is important.

Due to poor time management and the fact that I decided to create this zine after our final crit, I didn't spend as much time on the contents of the publication. However, I tried to put as much time as I could allow into developing the layout and organising it.
