I wanted to start applying the logo to simplistic wayfinding structures. It is important to me that the wayfinding is dynamic and interesting to look at. I am happy with the shape of the logo, however from applying the logo to the wayfinding shapes it seems clear to me that the colours arent strong enough.
Something else that is clear that I don't want to follow the usual constraints of wayfinding. This is something that the research on my design context blog will begin to inform my designing.
I have tried to experiment with altering the position of the logo however, I didn't develop much from this so this is something I will do.
I didn't go on to do too much because I am still unsure of the colours for the logos.
From the feedback I got from crits, the red one was liked the most but then also it was mentioned that it looked like the HSBC advertising so I am going to develop that and the other colours too to try and make them less contrasting with each other.
The logo shapes themselves will also be standardised and neaten up.
