These images show the final piece I had for my final crit. The feedback I got from it was that it was uneven and the layout wasn't balanced. Especially as the '&' sign was more embellished in comparison to the rest of the characters. I also need to come up with some typographic rules so that the typeface is coherent and works altogether.
Another thing that was suggested was to work with uppercase and playing around with words and sentences. I hope to work on these issues raised in the crit and improve my typeface.

i really loved the typeface, and think it is the most complimentary side that my personality could take!

i think this represents my love of all things quaint, with a touch of romanticism- a typeface i would be proud to call my own!
